Belmont Dynamic Growth Fund 

On August 6, 2009, KPMG Inc. was appointed by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice as receiver and manager of Belmont Dynamic Growth Fund ("Receiver").

 

Receiver's update - April 1, 2011
On March 31, 2011 the Receiver mailed tax slips for 2010 and amended slips for 2009 and 2008 to investors in the Belmont Fund.

A cover letter was also mailed which provides the reasons for the amended slips.
