KPMG’s Fast Forward National Leadership Program is an interactive training program and valuable learning experience that can provide you with tools to help enhance your leadership skills.
- An opportunity to network with KPMG leadership from across North America and learn about what a career in accounting can offer you now and into your future
- Improve your leadership skills and learn what it takes to be a successful leader - at KPMG and in all facets of your life
- Specific attention will be paid to heightening your listening skills, goal-setting capabilities, problem solving and negotiating skills - all valuable to a career in business
- Get an in-depth look at what KPMG is really like, an opportunity for an office visit and to meet the people from your local office that you would be working with
- Takes place for three days in July in Hollywood, California
- Attended by over 110 participants from across Canada and the US
- A full day interactive course taught by KPMG leadership, that focuses on the skills and knowledge to effectively lead in today’s business environment
- Practice sessions led by Practice National Managing Partners where students have a chance to learn more about KPMG's various practices and for Q&A with senior management
- Many other fun and exciting networking events
Fast Forward is a great way for university students to get an early sense both of what KPMG is like and also what to expect in their careers as professionals. The program also aids in building key skills to be used in various aspects of life. Along with a trip to one of the world's entertainment capitals and a chance to network with fellow business students from across North America, Fast Forward is loads of fun and a once in a lifetime opportunity for select university students from across Canada.
