Tandis started with KPMG in May as a summer intern in Advisory, Risk and Compliance. Her second rotation was with the Financial Institutions group, and she really enjoyed learning a different perspective on corporate banking. Outside of work she enjoys travelling, playing golf/tennis, horseback riding, running and reading. She recently completed her Canadian Securities Course.
Tandis’ favourite part of the summer was attending the socials and volunteer events and getting to know her co-workers personally.
Eric Pino

This was Eric’s first summer with KPMG. Eric worked in the office of his hometown, Sault Ste. Marie, where he was part of the Audit practice. Working in one of KPMG’s smaller offices allowed him the opportunity to see and take part in all three of the services KPMG offers; audit, tax and advisory. When he’s not working, Eric stays busy by playing men’s league soccer in the summer and intramural hockey back at UWO.
The work experience he gained and the people he was able to meet will be what Eric will remember the most about his first summer internship at KPMG. He looks forward to returning next year.
