Tom Robinson joined KPMG in 1975 after completing his Bachelor of Administration at the University of Regina. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1978 and completed the CICA’s In-depth Tax program in 1979. He was admitted to partnership at Peat Marwick in 1984 and became Managing Partner of the Regina office in 1986.

 

Tom has a wide range of experience in audit, tax, and management consulting in both government and the private sector. He has been involved in large audits in the insurance, real estate, construction, and telecommunications industries, as well as servicing private business clients. He also has extensive experience in corporate and personal income tax matters and financial planning. 

 

Tom has spent many years volunteering his time to professional and amateur sports organizations, and has served as President of the Saskatchewan Roughriders, Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Canadian Football League, Chairman and President of the 1987 Western Canadian Summer Games, and President of SaskSport.

  

 

Jolene Anton

Jolene Anton joined KPMG in September 2003 after completing her Bachelor of Administration with great distinction at the University of Regina. Jolene has been in the Regina Audit practice for 7 years and has worked on a variety of public and private companies in manufacturing, agriculture, mining, non-profit organizations, and various government departments and organizations.

 

While at KPMG, Jolene has been involved with campus recruiting and has been a Performance Counsellor for several junior team members.


 Outside of work, Jolene participates in her community through canvassing for charitable organizations, and she enjoys playing recreational softball, skiing, waterskiing, ballroom dancing and playing the piano and saxophone. She also loves to travel.

  

Jacqueline Johns

Jacqueline Johns has been with KPMG for 6 years. She is an alumnus of the University of Regina and is currently working towards her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. Jacqueline was promoted to Office Manager for the Regina and Saskatoon offices in October 2008. 

 

While at KPMG, Jacqueline is involved with campus recruiting, performance management for several admin team members, and is the People Leader Administrator, Local Learning Coordinator, and Human Resources Coordinator. 

 

Outside of work, family sports, acreage life, and vacationing in northern Saskatchewan during the summers keep her busy. When she isn’t volunteering to manage or help coach her children’s sports teams, she is focusing on health and fitness herself.

  

Karie Walsh

Karie Walsh joined KPMG in January 2008 after completing her Bachelor of Business Administration with great distinction at the University of Regina. Karie started with KPMG as an auditing student before moving into KPMG’s tax group in 2009. Since joining the tax group, Karie has focused her time on various personal and corporate tax compliance work as well as tax planning engagements.

 

While at KPMG, Karie is involved with campus recruiting and she is the UFE coordinator for the Regina office.

 

Outside of work, Karie enjoys running, playing recreational golf as well as spending time travelling.
