In addition to these new responsibilities, Thomas will continue as CEO of KPMG in Canada, a role he has held since 2009. Bill is a past recipient of Business in Vancouver’s Forty-under-Forty award, which recognizes BC’s top 40 outstanding young entrepreneurs, executives, managers and professionals. He is active in the community, serving on the Toronto Symphony Orchestra Board, the Queen’s School of Business Advisory Board, the Catalyst Canada Advisory Board, The Conference Board of Canada and the C.D. Howe Institute Board. He is also a member of St. Michael’s Foundation Campaign Cabinet – Inspire 2018, United Way’s 2013 Major Individual Giving Cabinet and the Me to We Advisory Board. In addition, he is a member of the Toronto Board of Trade and the Canadian Council of Chief Executives.
