    12 Canadian students to fast forward their careers with KPMG in Hollywood 

    Canadian students among 110 of North America’s most remarkable university students

     

    (Toronto – July 14, 2010) – Today, in Hollywood California, 12 Canadian students will get an inside look at a career in KPMG during the firm’s annual Fast Forward National Leadership Program.

    During the conference specific attention will be paid to developing heightened listening skills, goal-setting capabilities, problem solving and negotiating skills. Along with a trip to one of the world’s entertainment capitals, Fast Forward is a once in a lifetime opportunity for select university students from across Canada.

     

    “Fast Forward is a great opportunity for students to grow their leadership skills with other students from across North America,” says Mario Paron, KPMG’s Chief Human Resources Officer, “At KPMG, we want to develop and foster the growth of our young leaders – not just for today, but for the future. Most of all, this conference is a great opportunity for the students to begin building relationships with each other that will last a lifetime.”

     

    Each year KPMG selects 110 of North America’s most remarkable university students to participate in Fast Forward. This year 12 Canadian students will partake in the event. They are as follows:
