Global M&A in Consumer Markets: growth in an uncertain world 

KPMG’s new report Global M&A in Consumer Markets: Pursuing growth in an uncertain world, draws on interviews with KPMG's senior M&A professionals in 23 countries, as well as private equity executives, examining how companies in the food, drink, consumer goods and retail sectors are pursuing growth and consolidation amidst global uncertainty.
The report finds that while the fundamental drivers for growth remain in place in most countries, companies are wary of entering into large deals while the euro zone crisis remains unresolved and consumers are still adjusting to changed economic conditions.
