Liechtenstein TIEA Now in Force

Finance has announced that its Tax Information Exchange Agreement (TIEA) with Liechtenstein came into force on January 26, 2014. Under Article 12 of the TIEA, the TIEA will generally apply to taxable periods that begin on or after January 1, 2015 (i.e., the first day of January in the calendar year following that in which this TIEA enters into force). The TIEA was signed on January 31, 2013.
