Bahrain TIEA Now in Force

Finance has announced that its Tax Information Exchange Agreement (TIEA) with Bahrain came into force on April 3, 2014. Under Article 13 of the TIEA, the TIEA will generally apply to taxable periods that begin on or after April 13, 2014, or where there is no taxable period, for all charges to tax arising on or after that date. The TIEA was signed on June 4, 2013.
