Nova Scotia 2014 Budget Receives First Reading

Bill 64, which enacts tax changes announced in Nova Scotia's 2014 budget, received first reading on April 23, 2014.

The measures in Bill 64 cancel the previously planned HST rate reduction and eliminate the post-secondary Graduate Retention Rebate effective January 1, 2014.
