Notice of Court Application Regarding Teakson Limited

This notice is to highlight that the Joint and Several Liquidators ("Liquidators") of LBSAL have filed an application with the Hong Kong High Court for directions in relation to the determination of issues underpinning a claim made by Teakson Limited ("Application"). The Application is scheduled to be heard on Wednesday, 19 June 2013.
