Update on the Provisional Liquidation of Oasis Hong Kong Airlines Limited 

Hong Kong, 6 June 2008


Oasis' Provisional Liquidators, KPMG's Edward Middleton and Patrick Cowley, confirm that they have today received a letter from the Air Transport Licensing Authority stating that it has come to the view that Oasis has already gone into liquidation and that, as a consequence, its route licences have automatically lapsed. The Provisional Liquidators are studying the impact of this determination on Oasis' future.
