Seizing the Opportunity: A Snapshot of China's Consumer Markets and IPO Cases

The report focuses on China's overall consumer business development, three enterprises, Mengniu Group, Bawang Group and South Beauty Group, were interviewed. They were studied as cases representing different areas and different stages in the path of listing in the consumer market.

It also draws enterprises' attention that it is essential to possess a solid financial basis, strong internal control system, modernised management and execution power in order to be listed.
