KPMG Huazhen (SGP) issued the following statement on the Memorandum of Understanding on Enforcement Cooperation between the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board of the United States and the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Ministry of Finance of China: “The agreement is a very positive development and we are pleased with the progress which has been achieved through commonsense dialogue among the U.S. and Chinese regulators.”
