After a short introduction by Philipp Rickert, Member of the Executive Committee and Head of Audit Financial Services KPMG, the two KPMG speakers Alex Geissbühler and Matthias Bossardt spoke of the latest developments in market behavior rules and data protection in the banking environment. The final presentation was held by Prof. Dr. Peter Nobel, Nobel & Hug Rechtsanwälte, on data theft, whistleblowing and economic news services in the financial sector.
The panel discussion which concluded the speeches of this year’s Spring Update was very lively and subsistent and was certainly of great value for the people present. The high number of people attending and the good feedback received are proof of the relevance and actuality of this topic.
