Application process 

This is how the application process works at KPMG. In order to be able to make a properly informed decision, we want to have a comprehensive impression of your abilities, qualifications and personality. That's why we need time to scrutinise each application carefully. However, you will receive initial feedback about your application no more than 72 hours after we receive it.

Preselection through reviewing the application documents

If, after carefully checking your application documents, we decide that we would like to get to know you better, we will invite you to attend an interview. This interview will be conducted by one person from the HR department and one person from the appropriate specialist area. The focus is on you, on the individual stages in your career, and on the issues relating to the actual job.

 

A second interview with other team members may be necessary

In a second interview, we look in greater depth at your professional qualifications for the job and clear up any unresolved questions from the first interview. We want to know why you are interested in this particular job. We would also like to introduce you to other team members. Make use of this opportunity to put your questions to us.

 

For management positions, we also carry out a personality profile and discuss it with you. We will inform you in detail about the process. We are committed to an open and transparent application process. If there's something that's unclear to you, please get in touch with your contact.

 

Travel costs

We will refund your travel costs (2nd class return rail ticket). We will also refund any costs for flights (economy class). Please request the form for claiming travel expenses before or immediately after your interviews.
