This interview will be conducted by one person from the HR department and one person from the appropriate specialist area. The focus is on you, on the individual stages in your career, and on the issues relating to the actual job.
In a second interview, we look in greater depth at your professional qualifications for the job and clear up any unresolved questions from the first interview. We want to know why you are interested in this particular job. We would also like to introduce you to other team members. Make use of this opportunity to put your questions to us.
