Complaints 

KPMG Switzerland takes any complaints about the quality of its services or the behaviour of its people seriously. We undertake to investigate them promptly and do what we can to address the concerns raised.

If you have a complaint or are not satisfied with any aspect of your dealings with KPMG Switzerland you are invited to raise your concerns with a partner or a senior member of staff who is known to you.  If you are not able to reach a satisfactory resolution in this way, please follow one of the following courses of action:
