Pricing Mechanisms of direct Real Estate Investments in Switzerland 

The direct real estate investment market in Switzerland has registered increasing prices for over five years. To date, the Swiss property market has been able to escape the effects of the global financial crisis, which is due not just to the effects of positive migration and low interest rates. This study has investigated pricing mechanisms for the acquisition of direct real estate investments in Switzerland by institutional and professional investors.
