The eighth edition of the Cost of Capital Study analyzes the effects of an uncertain and volatile economic environment on the cost of capital, its individual parameters and companies' financial forecast.

Consequently, we focused this year`s study on the following subjects:

  • Impact of volatility on financial forecast
  • Realignment of the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC): Interaction of the risk-free rate and market risk premium
  • Other risk premiums
  • Sustainable growth rate

A total of 153 companies participated in the study and herewith confirmed the relevance of those subjects on their financial performance.
