The Swiss Federal Act on Collective Investment Schemes (CISA), the Swiss Federal Ordinance on Collective Investment Schemes as well as the FINMA Ordinance on collective Investment Schemes all establish the conditions for licensing.

The requirements and preparation work involved in a licensing application are comprehensive and time-consuming. KPMG can assist and support you with legal advisory and representation of interests during the licensing process and can serve as auditor within the framework of the licensing process during the audit of the conditions for approval.
