The first and main part of the news focuses on regulatory news in the European Union, Cyprus, France, the Netherlands and UK whereas the second part emphasizes tax news in the Netherlands, UK and Luxembourg.

The AIFMD and its implementation is discussed in many chapters. In the Netherlands the ministry of Finance submitted on 19 April 2012 a legislative proposal to the Dutch Parliament for the implementation of the AIFMD. You will find the details of the proposal in our report.
