Pascal is an Attorney-at-Law in the Zurich office. He is a member of the Regulatory Competence Center of KPMG.
Prior to joining KPMG Legal in 2008, Pascal worked as a clerk for a district court in the canton of Zurich.
He advises Swiss and foreign corporate clients and individuals in various aspects of business law with a strong focus on financial markets law. Among his clients are primarily regulated institutes such as banks, securities dealers and institutes according to the Collective Investment Schemes Act. Pascal represents his clients in FINMA proceedings such as license applications for banks and institutes according to the Collective Investment Schemes Act.
Pascal regularly conducts compliance trainings for Swiss Banks and Asset Managers, in particular regarding Anti-Money Laundering provisions (AML).
