Curriculum Vitae

Nicole Willimann is an Attorney-at-Law in the Lucerne office.

She studied at the University of Freiburg and has been admitted to the bar since 1997.

Prior to joining KPMG in 1998, she worked in a local law firm.

She advises high net worth individuals on almost all aspects of their personal needs. Her key areas of experience are estate planning (both off- and onshore), inheritance and matrimonial law, common law trusts, Liechtenstein foundations/establishments and family office services.

She has had several papers published as topics which include: Trusts, very efficient little known; Recent developments in the offshore world.
