Michèle Steinmann is an Attorney-at-Law in the Zurich office. She is a member of the Banking & Finance Practice Group of KPMG Legal.
Michèle Steinmann joined KPMG in November 2012. She graduated with a Law degree from the University of Lucerne in 2009 and was admitted to the Lucerne bar in 2011. Prior to joining KPMG in 2012, Michèle completed her LL.M. studies at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago and worked for a commercial law firm in Zug.
She advises Swiss and foreign coporate clients and individuals in various aspects of business law with a strong focus on finacial markets law. Among her clients are primarily regulated institutes such as banks, securities dealers and institutes according to the Collective Investment Schemes Act. Michèle represents her clients in FINMA proceedings such as license applications for banks and institutes according to the Collective Investment Schemes Act.
