Curriculum Vitae

Heinz Rusch is an Attorney-at-Law in the St. Gallen office.

He studied at the university of St. Gallen, where he graduated in 2000. He was admitted to the bar in 2001. Further, he is notary public and may certify within the Canton of St. Gallen in the fields of company law and inheritance law.

Prior to joining KPMG in 2002, he worked in different departments of Swiss and foreign banks.

Heinz advises small and middle-sized companies on questions about company and contract law. His key areas of experience are corporate law, contract law, reorganisation of companies, mergers & acquisitions and labour law.
