Felix Schraner is an Attorney-at-Law in the Zurich office. He is a member of the Corporate Law Practice Group of KPMG.
Prior to joining KPMG, he worked for the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) as Legal Advisor for International Economic Law and as Research Assistant to Professor Roger Zäch (emeritus) at the University of Zurich.
He advises Swiss and foreign corporate clients on almost all aspects of business law. His key areas of experience are Competition Law, IT & Data Protection and Corporate Governance & Compliance.
Felix has published a doctoral thesis in the field of Competition and Intellectual Property Law with the title: «Kartellrecht und Immaterialgüterrecht – Ihr Verhältnis und die einseitige Einführung regionaler Erschöpfung im Patentrecht».
Felix obtained a law degree from the University of Zurich (lic. iur., 2003) following studies in Zurich and Strasbourg. He passed the bar exam in 2005 (Zurich), became a doctor of law in 2010 (University of Zurich) and joined KPMG in 2013.
Felix is a member of the German Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht e.V.
