Nadine Trachsler-Schneider is an Attorney-at-Law in the Basel office.

She graduated with a law degree from the University of Basel in 2001. After practical experience at a district court and a commercial law firm, she was admitted to the bar of Basel and Switzerland in 2004. Prior to joining KPMG in August 2011 she practiced as an Attorney-at-Law with a well-known law firm specializing in business law in Basel for seven years.

She advises companies and private individuals on issues of company law, general contract law, employment law as well as foundation law. Another focus of Nadine Trachsler-Schneider is the foundation law in which she served, among other things, as a member of the Working Group of the Swiss Foundation Code 2009. She carried out her activity in German and English.
