Chiara Barrile Franchini is an Attorney-at-Law in the Lugano office.
She is a graduate of Milan University Law School and passed the Bar exam in Lugano in 2002.
Prior to joining KPMG in 2009, Chiara worked first as Attorney-at-Law with a law firm in Lugano and later as a legal counsel and compliance officer with a Lugano-based bank.
Her key areas of experience are banking law, money laundering law and corporate law, contract law and labour law.
In particular, she advises Swiss and international clients on investment funds, regulatory and compliance matters as well as anti-money laundering issues. Her clients are banks, securities dealers, asset managers and fund management companies.
