Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises

Canada's private enterprises were required to adopt either International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or Canadian Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) as their financial reporting framework for their first fiscal period beginning on or after January 1, 2011.
