Frequently Asked Questions - RSS Feeds

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) provides a quick and efficient way to alert the user when KPMG adds new content to the website.

What is RSS?

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. When you subscribe to an RSS feed you get the latest news, publications and links in one place, as soon as they are published. That means you will not have to constantly visit KPMG's website to learn new things.

How do I use RSS feed?

You will need a news reader to check the feeds you signed up for, and also to allow viewing of recently published news, publications and links. See below for details on how to get a news reader.

The RSS Feed of this site is identified by an orange icon next to the title of a specific RSS Feed.

Clicking the icon will take you to a page that describes the feed in more detail.

Later you can click on a link to open the feed. Copy and paste your URL into your newsreader to subscribe. Some browsers, including Internet Explorer 7 +, Firefox, Opera and Safari automatically support RSS and do not require you to paste the feed's URL in a separate reader. If you have difficulties in subscribing to a feed, please refer to the instructions that came with your reader. When new content is published, you can use the reader to scan the news and click on its website to view the full version of the article or highlight.

How do I get a news reader?

Currently, there are several versions of news readers, some accessed using a browser and others are applications that allow download. Deciding which one to use is a personal choice.

Some feed readers work on different operating systems, so you have to choose the one that will work on your computer.

Below is a list of popular readers that can be used:
