EU Funds in Central and Eastern Europe - Progress report 2007-10 

KPMG’s study „EU Funds in Central and Eastern Europe” introduces for the fourth time the utlisiation of the EU Funds in the Central and Eastern European region. The study provides a comprehensive overview on contracting and paying EU grants by the first half of the 2007-13 programming period. The study also introduces the implementation of two financial engineering instruments: JEREMIE, which offers loan or guarantee for SMEs, and JESSICA which promotes sustainable urban development and regeneration.
