 Top Employer 2013 We are proud and pleased to announce that KPMG in Belgium has been nominated, for the seventh consecutive year, 'Top Employer België / Belgique'. For 2013, the joint efforts from our Human Resources department —  daily supported by the management, our ambassadors and staff —  to make our organization a great place where professionals can flourish, have resulted in the highest score in all of the following areas: conditions of employment, education and training, internal promotion opportunities, corporate culture, work atmosphere and conditions.
 The Top Employer hallmark is the first and only in its sector with a 100% reliability score, all over the world. The research is based on an independent, international questionnaire issued by the CRF Institute, in collaboration with Grant Thornton.

The Qfor quality label is an objective signal of the reliability and quality of an organization’s service offering. In order to obtain the label, the organization has to comply with an external audit according the Qfor methodology.
