Not only has KPMG in Belgium won this title for the eighth time running, but it has also appeared as `the' uncontested winner. KPMG in Belgium obtained the best scores for the five criteria according to which the Top Employers Institute has conducted its survey: Primary Work Conditions, Secondary Work Conditions & Work Environment, Training & Development, Professional Career and Culture Management.


The Top Employer hallmark is the first and only in its sector with a 100% reliability score, all over the world. The research is based on an independent, international questionnaire issued by the CRF Institute, in collaboration with Grant Thornton. Read more

World Most Attractive Employer 2012

In the annual ‘World’s Most Attractive Employers’ Universum survey rankings, over 75,000 business students from the world’s top academic institutions gave KPMG in 2012 the number two spot for the third year in a row.

Global People Survey

The global people survey gives our employees the chance to give honest and constructive feedback about issues that directly affect their jobs. This survey, conducted by an external supplier, helps us to continue to improve life at KPMG and drive our High Performance Culture.

 Learning and development

We believe that the development of skills is essential in order to enrich the professional careers of our employees and to continuously deliver added value for our clients. Within KPMG in Belgium we are convinced that regularly investing time and energy in our employees’ development should be an essential part of their working life. Therefore different induction courses, training sessions and development tools have been set up by our Human Resources department.
