KPMG paid for me to complete the CA program and provided CA training. I think it’s important to do further studies to continue to learn and grow. The Australian firm also provides ongoing technical and soft skills training at all levels and I have applied these usefully to my job. I also gained experience by rotating across industry areas during the 18 month graduate program.
