James has overall responsibility for the Australian firm’s sales and marketing teams, for the markets and clients, and the strategic growth of the firm. Over last 3 years KPMG has built strong sales centres of excellence, a client and market focus, and an effective sales and marketing team.
The growth focus builds from this platform, and will include specific strategies and initiatives, working closely with leadership, to accelerate our sustainable and profitable growth in the future.
With over three decades of industry and professional services experience, including experience working across the Public Sector, James has consistently demonstrated his ability as a capable leader who combines a strong client and relationship centric perspective with a pragmatic execution and accountability focus.
James has led sectors, major global and Australian accounts, as well as major reform and change programs working locally, as well as in North America, the United Kingdom, Europe and across Asia Pacific from India, Japan to China and South East Asia.
