Religion and ethnicity

Being sensitive to cultural and ethnic issues is essential in properly understanding our colleagues and clients. Acknowledging the spiritual dimension of many people's lives is a vital first step in making diversity and inclusion a living reality. Indeed acceptance and celebration of diversity in these matters is a hallmark of a civilised, tolerant and creative society.
Religion and ethnicity

To encourage the process of inclusion, KPMG conducts cultural and religious awareness seminars. They help our people better understand the various cultural, ethnic and religious differences and nuances existing in our workforce, client base and the wider community.

We offer facilities for our people to engage in prayer and quiet contemplation during the working day and cultural/religious leave.

"For me, diversity recognises that we are different and unique individuals.  We're all different in our outlook, our thinking and our life experience whatever our background, the environment we grew up in, our culture, our age, or our gender. Diversity enriches any group".
