According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, one in every five Australians has some form of disability. That number includes many talented people who are often locked out of the mainstream workforce. KPMG wants to make the most of their talents.

A key aspect of our diversity agenda is disability. We believe every person with a disability is still a talented individual – just different to the majority. Our vision must be to embrace the talents and strengths of people with disabilities.

 

We are a Gold Member of the Australian Network on Disability. Through this network we learn about accommodating the needs of people with disabilities and about recruiting from a potentially neglected and overlooked talent pool.
