Sexual orientation & gender identity

Talent makes no distinction as to sexual orientation.
Sexual orientation, gender identity

KPMG seeks to attract talented individuals regardless of their sexual orientation. We want all our people to bring their whole selves to work and feel comfortable and secure in their working environment.

Since it was founded in October 2008, KGEN, KPMG’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) network for employees and allied supporters, has welcomed members of all ages, levels and backgrounds from across the firm. All of our people are encouraged to join regardless of sexual orientation.

KPMG received a Bronze Tier award for the 2015 Australian Workplace Equality Index. The awards recognise workplace support for LGBTI people. The Workplace Equality Index evaluates and benchmarks LGBTI inclusiveness in Australian Workplaces.
