Gender

Our CEO and his direct reports are accountable for gender equality and inclusiveness. National Managing Partners who lead divisions have committed to the goal of developing a Diversity and Inclusion action plan for each division. At the same time, the National Executive Committee has agreed to diversity and inclusion targets.
Diversity, gender

Our key indicators are improving with an increase in the number of women partners and we're proud of our consistently high rates of return from parental leave. We’re embracing flexible work arrangements and embedding diversity into all that we do.

We have a strong talent pool of women in our firm, with more than 50 percent of our employees at most levels being women.

To make sure women receive opportunities, we have a range of offerings, including:

  • career resiliency programs
  • inspirational networking events
  • supporting and celebrating International Women's Day
  • sponsorship of the SWB (Sustaining Women In Business) conference
  • flexible work discussion groups
  • AMUMni groups (networking opportunities for working parents with guest speakers).
