Sexual orientation and gender identity

Talent makes no distinction as to sexual orientation.
Sexual orientation and gender identity

KPMG seeks to attract talented individuals regardless of their sexual orientation. We want all of our people to bring their whole selves to work and feel comfortable and secure in their working environment. Since it was founded in October 2008, KGEN, KPMG’s lesbian, gay bisexual and transgender (LGBT) employee network for employees and allied supporters, has welcomed members of all ages, levels and backgrounds from across the firm. All of our people are encouraged to join regardless of sexual orientation.

KPMG has ranked third in the 2011 Australian Workplace Equality Index, the first ever award recognising workplace support for LGBT people. The Workplace Equality Index evaluates and benchmarks LGBT inclusiveness in Australian Workplaces.

KPMG was also a finalist in the LGBT Network Group of the Year with work done through KGEN.
