A Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is a public statement made by an Australian organisation outlining the actions it will undertake, within its sphere of influence, in the national effort to close the seventeen-year gap in life expectancy between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians.

In 2009, KPMG became the first major accounting firm to have a RAP endorsed by Reconciliation Australia.

Our 2012 RAP maps how we are tracking on our journey to fulfilling our original commitments and outlines what we have achieved in the past year.
