Risk Interconnectivity

A unique aspect of this survey, developed by ADC Forum in collaboration with KPMG, is risk interconnectivity. The consequences of a single adverse event can quickly compound as it connects with other risks, extending beyond its immediate ‘family’ of environmental or economic risks into political, societal or technological risks. By identifying the most highly interconnected risks, or central nodes, it is possible to gain insight into systems behind the risks, aiding mitigation and identification of opportunities.
