KPMG’s study Going Social: How businesses are making the most of social media is based on a survey 1850 managers and 2016 employees from 10 countries.

The survey was administered online during April and May 2011. To ensure the data was representative of the target populations, the responses were weighted to reflect the relative sizes of the employee populations per country for employees and the number of enterprises per country for managers.
