New minimum capital for Joint Stock Companies with Private Offer

Important amendments to the Law No. 9901, dated 14 April 2008, “On Entrepreneurs and Commercial Companies”, were introduced on 21 November 2011 (Official Gazette No. 152/2011) which will enter into effect on 7 December 2011.
