Amendments to the Law on Income Tax

6 April 2012

On 1 March 2012, the Albanian Parliament, following the proposal of the Council of Ministers, approved Law no. 20/2012 on some amendments to the Law No. 8438 dated 28.12.1998 “On Income Tax”, as amended.
